Delivery terms
We hope that the product you purchased met your expectations. However, if you wish to return the product, you have a 14-day right of return.
In this case, please state the reason for the return by sending a free-form message to info@merkitysten.fi or by calling Marko at 0440230688.
The returned product must be unused. The returner is responsible for the costs of the return. We will refund the money you paid for the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Failure to pick up an order is not a return. A package for which a return notification has not been made is not a return. Therefore, we will deduct the return costs from the amount refunded to the customer.
Did something go wrong?
At Merkitysten Oy, we hope that our cooperation will be smooth and honest. However, sometimes mistakes may occur.
If the product is damaged or you have been delivered the wrong product, please report the error to us immediately, but within 14 days, at info@merkitysten.fi.
Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement product or if you would like to return the product for a refund. We will cover the shipping costs.
If your package is damaged in transit, you must file a complaint with the logistics partner, but please also inform us. Our liability for a defective product is limited to the maximum purchase price paid by the customer for the product. The refund will always be returned to the original payment method.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Management of the company’s customer relationships. The collected personal data may be used for marketing purposes within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The data will not be disclosed.

The IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the operation of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, including for data security purposes and for the purpose of collecting statistical data on website visitors in cases where they can be considered personal data. The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer, for example, through messages sent via web forms, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer provides their information.
Contact information for companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.
7. Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or EEA
The information is not routinely disclosed to other parties. Information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.
8. Principles of register protection
The register is handled with care and the data processed by the information systems are protected appropriately. When the register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their equipment is appropriately ensured. The controller ensures that the stored data, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description requires it.
9. Right to inspect and right to request correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check their data stored in the register and to demand correction of any incorrect data or completion of incomplete data. If a person wishes to check the data stored about them or to demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be deleted from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
